Biochemical Reagents, PT-179, Thalidomide analog molecular glue, CAS 2924858-25-1, 98% by HPLC/NMR (Conforms), PT-179 is an orthogonal thalidomide analog that binds cereblon (CRBN: KD 587 nM/ pomalidomide KD 500 nM) with greatly reduced off-target activity compared to pomalidomide. Pomalidomide induced differential expression of 1426 genes in MM.1S multiple myeloma cells compared to only 3 for PT-179. PT-179 is an interesting new tool for exploring CRBN-based therapeutics.
